True Prophets

 TRUE PROPHETS

R.C. Sproul once said: "The problem with today's prophets is that no one wants to kill them."

A few years ago when this bunch of prophets started to appear, I took it upon myself to research in the Bible what the biblical prophets were like, even those we see in the New Testament.

Those who spoke to Paul about what would happen to him if he continued on his path and which by the way was fulfilled, which is the first characteristic of a prophet, and not counting Jesus himself who prophesied what? A: End times, suffering, persecution of the church, and the destruction of the temple that occurred a few decades later.

I read in the Bible about all the prophets and I also read some books by historians.

In my research I discovered (as you can hear from any man of God today Paul Washer, Miguel Nuñez, Juan Manuel Vaz, Jhon MacArthur, Chuy Olivares, Steve Lawson, Paolo Junior...) that prophets are not people who say nice words like "today your miracle comes" "Your prosperity is coming" Nor do they throw out generic words like "Today your miracle comes" This generic word.

Statistically if you have 200 people, statistically at least 1 will think something and believe that this man is really a prophet, but it is only a matter of statistics. Same with the "here is a person who has problems with his parents" (Jesus said that true Christians would have problems with their family) Imagine saying in a church "Here is someone who has problems with his parents" hahaha

Now, if he says "To you Maria de la Concepción who lives on Santa Lucia street number 12 whose children are called Marcos, 11 years old, and Pedro, 6, today your miracle of a new car arrives" There we could think of him as a prophet. But so far he is only a mocker who abuses the ignorant.

Let's look at the characteristics of a prophet, for the most part God did not send prophets to say nice words. You can do your homework and read the Bible (which would be the most correct) or go straight and watch the sermons of these men of God that I mentioned.

A false prophet pastor from my country once said: "I am not one of those fatalistic prophets, I am like Elijah who said "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty the oppressed; To preach the acceptable year of the Lord"

And everyone shouting amen, as is obvious in modern churches, I went, I investigated and I realized that this appears in verse 61, after Elijah had given about 100 prophecies of destruction.

The dynamics of a biblical prophet is usually this: "Announce the strong things that are coming, what they must do so that they do not happen and the good things that come from obeying God"

The prophet also brings a word of encouragement after a horrible process of God.

That is how a prophet is, and let's go to the others, there is a teaching that is about 40 years old that says that I can prophesy whatever occurs to me because the word has power and because God told the prophet: "prophesy on those dry bones" but obviously, they are heretics, they cut something out of that to make it seem biblical, what does the verse say next? "the words that I (God) will tell you." It is not our words that we are going to prophesy!

Already in the New Testament we are told that no prophecy came by human will.

Another thing is that it is believed that a prophecy is saying something nice for people. It is something like a wish. I wish that you have your car, then I say: "I prophesy that your car will arrive today." That is anti-biblical!

One of the things that made me doubt this practice was a Christian neighbor who prayed very hard in the mornings and I realized that in her prayer she spent more than an hour saying "I prophesy this," "I declare that." More than an hour!

I reviewed the structure of almost all the prayers that are made in the Bible and I realized that there was something strange and I investigated even more and I realized that it is a big lie. Cry out! Pray! The "I beg you" "I implore you" was replaced by the "I prophesy"

Which by the way, if we analyze the "I prophesy" comes from this distorted root of the teaching of identity where the center is the Self.

Something I learned is that if I believe something is a certain way and Jesus, the apostles, or the great men of God who have ever existed never practiced it, then I have to doubt that practice. I checked the entire Bible and no one in the Bible ever prayed saying "I prophesy." I was blessed to read the 4 books about God's generals and I investigated their lives apart from what the books say and none of them ever had those practices. Obviously not the "I declare" "I decree" "I cover myself with this or that" but that's what my book is for hahaha

Obviously that's what the heretics came up with something for: "I will show you great and hidden things that you do not know" but it never says that they do not appear in the Bible. It says things that you do not know! I have heard others say that "revelation kills everything" this "aberration" :) It claims that if I say something and affirm that the Holy Spirit revealed it to me it doesn't matter if it doesn't appear in the Bible, people should believe it. Good God!

A few years ago I spoke with a little sister who came to tell me very happily a very crazy thing that her pastor preached and I told her "My heart that is anti-biblical" and her response was "the pastor said that the Holy Spirit revealed it to him and he taught us that there is nothing that can contradict what the Spirit reveals"

There I realized that without a doubt anyone can be a pastor if they don't have fear of God and they get a good number of stupid people. The truth is I didn't know how to help this little sister who was very dear to me, I was so blinded, you could see those shining eyes and the joy on her face, proud of her pastor.

You know, they don't care, but I once had a friend who, while we were having lunch, was talking to me about her wonderful boyfriend, about how cute and special he was. The problem was that I knew the guy, a lifelong womanizer, and this chick wouldn't stop talking about how wonderful he was.

Then she dropped the bombshell on me that she had gotten pregnant by the guy. I looked at her and cried "because dust fell in my eyes" and I didn't say anything. But I felt a horrible pain in my soul because I knew what was going to happen. That's how I felt with that little sister.

And the problem in the churches is still the same: "People don't like to study the Bible." They read for a while, they fool their consciences and that's it!

I have seen crazy things taught, really crazy things in the churches and people go crazy shouting "amen." On one occasion I just stopped to think that it was because they had realized the great madness that the preacher was saying and they did it as a way of mocking, but no, people really believed that what that guy said was true.

A few years ago I think Juan Manuel Vaz had a sermon titled "before the amen" or "before saying amen." If we had churches where people really study the Bible we would have churches with "delayed amens" or with "slow motion amens" because we cannot be easy to say amen just because I am moved by emotions.

But in the time of the end where the Bible tells us that wolves will rise from within the church, well right at this time is where we have the laziest churches to study the Bible. Obviously there is also the other horrible thing, people who study the Bible and force the Bible to say what they want, but that is something else.

BELOVED TODAY WE HAVE MORE RESOURCES THAN EVER TO STUDY THE BIBLE AND WE MUST UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE IN DANGEROUS TIMES. YOU CAN'T IMAGINE THAT EVERY CRAZY THING IS HEARD IN THE PULPITS AND PEOPLE SHOUTING "AMEN" LIKE STUPID PEOPLE AND THAT HURTS ME, I SUFFER SEEING THE CHURCH LIKE THIS. I HAVE SEEN PREACHERS WHO ARE LIKE ONE-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN WITH LOADED MACHINE GUNS FIRING CRAZY THINGS AND PEOPLE SHOUTING AMEN TO EVERY IMBECILITY THEY SAY AND I SUFFER (WHILE THEY SHOUT WITH HAPPINESS)

Kisses, this is not to offend but to teach. There are people who do these things and they do not do it in a bad way, but because they were taught that way, and they prophesize everything that comes to their mind because that is what they were taught, but unfortunately, whether they do it with knowledge or out of ignorance, it does not eliminate their guilt.

Kisses, I am El Profe Bubba
