Why does it scare me?

You can't even imagine the insults I've received for my posts (which is why I don't read the comments on what I post in Christian groups), apart from the abandonment of my family and continuous insults from my own partner even though I fight to make sure that each The word I write agrees with the Bible and with what all men of God who have ever existed have taught.
The point is that this continues to happen to many people and it can also happen to you who read this. Sometimes not listening to criticism saves us from being hurt by people but the problem arises of understanding that no one is exempt from deviating and if we refuse to hear criticism and corrections from others.
