JUST PRAY is a heresy that is MORE heresy because it is almost true.
And it is good business because it prevents people from getting angry at us for advising, correcting or exhorting. Jesus would not have been hated, Stephen would not have been stoned, John the Baptist would not have had his head removed, and what do I tell you about the prophets of the Old Testament? They would have had a better life for sure.
And the truth is, if we stick it to the other heretical teaching that is super used to make everyone love us, I mean: "The work is of the Holy Spirit" then there should not even be pastors! But in the so-called Pastoral Letters of Paul, Paul says the following: "... rebuke, rebuke, exhort..." 2 Tim 4:2 and in Titus 2:15 he says: "... speak, and exhort, and rebuke." with all authority"
In fact, if it were just praying, NONE OF PAUL'S LETTERS WOULD EXIST!
You know, in the church where I come from because the Bible says in Acts 2:46,47 that "the Lord added...those who were to be saved." There were no evangelism plans, but evangelization was done sporadically when we could and the souls came! We could claim that we were doing the right thing because without preaching the souls came, but we simply weren't doing the right thing because what we were doing was not biblical. And that goes for another post, "just because something works doesn't mean that be correct"
Beloved, I am not unaware of what is related to prayer, it is not that I do not like to pray and that is why I publish these things. I am dedicated to prayer because of the pretty horrible life that I had (or that I brought upon myself) I have been almost forced to study for many hours about prayer.
I dedicated myself to searching and studying each prayer that appears in the Bible and focusing carefully on those that were answered according to what the praying person wanted and I have read every book on prayer that I have found from the oldest to the most current, however If I say that just praying is enough, I am being a heretic because I would be denying many biblical passages.
Kisses, I am
