There is something that God always wanted and that is what the current church never wants and what God always wanted is that we not be the same as the rest of the world. God never intended that either his people in the flesh or his people in the spirit would be equal to the world around them, but the current church does not think that is a good idea.
Today we believe that by dressing like the world we will reach the world, by speaking and singing like the world we will attract them and we faithfully believe what an evangelist of yesteryear said "To cook a chicken you must first catch it."
But we forget that this is not about chickens, this is about souls, it is about eternal life or eternal suffering, it is about heaven and hell and although it may sound harsh this is the truth of the gospel.
Christians are not equal to the world and God never intended us to be, rather he urges us not to be, he tells us "Don't adapt" but misinterpreting the apostle Paul we set up a church that looks like a nightclub so that people can feel like in a disco.
But we want to attract them to the church with ungodly methods with the lie that "after they are inside little by little they will be taught what the truth is" but the truth is that if they are attracted with ungodly methods you will always have to use ungodly methods to keep them. in the church making the church seem like the world because the truth is that those people are still the world because you attracted them as methods of the world.
We are not equal, God never wanted it that way. I remember being in a church where we were told that we should share with them (with non-Christians), we should talk like them, dress like them, participate in their things so as not to seem religious, be accepted by them and then they accept us to be able to give them the message of salvation.
The most lying thing in the world! It didn't work for me or any of the people I know in over 30 years of knowing this modern gospel. Rather, one time I ended up in a place with people around me telling me "Come on Sunday, have another whiskey" and me saying "Yes, I'm going to drink it so I don't look religious" and in the end they all ended up making fun of my Christianity.
I ended up eliminating from my language any words that seemed too "Christian" so as not to create separation. I forgot that God always wanted the separation to be noticed, and I ended up being an ungodly person with only a Christian "label" because some idiots (or wolves) misinterpreted (or took advantage of) a teaching of Paul and taught it to us. a bunch of idiots who take it as truth.
And don't misunderstand, I know that clothes don't save nor that drinking only water will save me, I know people with hidden veils and people with Bibles under their arms who are trash Christians, pride from hell and shame from heaven. There are people about whom Jesus said this: "...you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and the plate, but inside you are full of rapacity and evil." But that does not mean that what is outside should remain the same.
God called us to be different, to act differently, to speak differently. I remember that here where I am living a young man came and with everything and that God had already tried in me to not behave like the world that young man surprised me because while he was talking he said "And God did not help in this and that and glory to God, and "That went wrong for us but glory to God."
I loved it because he didn't sound fanatic and religious like I've seen some but rather he "spoke like a Christian" in front of everyone and I said to myself, why can't I be like that? From that day another part of my process began with that and I began to speak almost (almost because I don't know how much I am missing) like a Christian IN FRONT OF EVERYONE.
We are different, God always wanted it that way, God always expressed it that way. And God has always wanted us to be like this.
Watch a video of a current preacher of the most famous or semi-famous and watch a video of a modern motivator, tell me if there is a difference in their "preaching". No, there is no difference because both want to exalt your SELF, what YOU can do, YOUR potential and all your dreams that can be fulfilled. The motivator controls your emotions and manipulates them as he pleases, as does the preacher. The only difference between the two is that the professional motivator does not twist the scriptures for this purpose and the "preacher" does, which is why the preacher becomes more trash than the ungodly motivator.
I remember once in an evangelism that a young man who was evangelizing took the microphone and told the non-Christian people around him "I am just like you" (I think in order to create empathy)... I said to myself " Impossible! It is impossible for a Christian to tell an ungodly person that they are equal, the only way is if he claims to be a Christian and is not really one." And if he did it just to create empathy, well, it is not a good way to evangelize by telling lies to people.
We are not equal, Jesus never dressed as a prostitute to win over prostitutes, nor as a thief to win over thieves, he did not dress like a Pharisee to win over the Pharisees. Not even Paul himself, who is where all this mess comes from, did it but we do it because we are... THE COOL CHRISTIANS who are going to conquer the world with rap battles within the church, Mama fights and the club-type church, low lights, a lot of smoke and techno music and never talking about repentance or sin or change because "What a bear, that scares young people!"
Some young people who can choreograph a redimi2 song in 5 minutes but cannot intercede for 5 minutes. Furthermore, God loves me as I am and what I read in my invisible Bible says that in heaven everything is darkness, the throne of God is all dark with a lot of smoke and the angels say to God What's up powerful mister tell the elders that Stop prostrating in front of you because that very religious thing and that throwing of crowns when they see you makes you look like a Fearsome and not a cool God like you really are!
And I repeat, not only in the way of speaking and dressing but also in what is inside. I think I have always talked here about brands and I think the fact that I am so sincere and hate hypocrisy so much is due to the fact that growing up in a Christian environment I saw too much hypocrisy, too much hypocrisy so I decided to live a life of total sincerity even though hypocrites are the most beloved people.
We are different and God has called us to be different from the way we love, the way we forgive... to the way we dress. Don't tell me that you have a right heart, don't tell me that what matters is what's inside when you wear a skirt so tight that every hair on your body stands out,
Don't tell me that your heart is right because you wear a skirt and don't put on makeup when you have had a yucca with someone for a thousand years and you don't pluck it. I know a "sister" skirt to the floor veil trancao" counselor of her church who has not spoken to me for a year or so because I told her that it is not good for her son to listen to impious reggaeton that it would be good for him to listen to better Christian reggaeton. I repeat a sister counselor of her church with a trancao veil and a skirt to the floor"
In conclusion, God called us to be different inside and out. And what's inside is going to be reflected in how you speak, how you dress and how you do everything.
